The Lille Tourist Office and Convention Bureau is open 7 days a week throughout the year (except on January 1 – May 1 – December 25):
Monday – Saturday: 9.30 am – 6 pm (the souvenir shop is closed from noon to 1 pm).
Sunday and bank holidays: 10 am – 4.30 pm (the souvenir shop is closed from 12.30 am to 1.15 pm).
