Congress registration fees include congress proceedings, access to all conference rooms, coffee breaks and lunches on Wednesday 22 May, Thursday 23 May and Friday 24 May, the Wednesday evening at the “Palais des Beaux Arts” of Lille and the Thursday gala dinner at the “Ferme des Templiers”.
Accompanying person registration includes lunches on Wednesday 22 may, Thursday 23 may and Friday 24 may, as well as the Wednesday evening at the “Palais des Beaux Arts” of Lille and the Thursday gala dinner at the “Ferme des Templiers”
All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and per person:
-Registration member SFTA/STC/SoHT/BLT before 1st April 2019 : 490 €
-Registration member SFTA/STC/SoHT/BLT after 1st April 2019 : 590 €
-Registration no member SFTA/STC/SoHT/BLT before 1st April 2019 : 570 €
-Registration no member SFTA/STC/SoHT/BLT after 1st April 2019 : 670 €
-Registration Young Scientists (after acceptance of candidature*) between 15 February and 15 March 2019 : 240 €
-Registration industrial partner : 440 €
-Registration accompanying person: 260 €
-Registration last minute/on site: 1000 €
*Young Scientist registration fees are reserved for scientists/researchers up to 36 years of age (on 1st January 2019), having a non-permanent position, within the limit of 20 places available and after acceptance of the candidature by the scientific committee of the congress.
It is not required to be a member of SFTA, STC, SoHT or BLT to apply.
Candidates must follow the following procedure:
- to submit an abstract for oral or poster communication, as first author, before 4 January 2019 according to instructions available on the SFTA website,
- to submit an article, as first author, in the ToxAc journal before 31 January 2019, according to instructions of the Elsevier editor (http://www.em-consulte.com/getInfoProduit/TOXAC/instructionsAuteurs/TOXAC.pdf)
- to send via e-mail the application file to the « Young Scientists convention 2019 » at the congress secretariat (HEysseric@chu-grenoble.fr) before 31 January 2019, with a copy of the submitted abstract, a short CV and the reference number of the submitted article to the ToxAc journal.
The congress secretariat will inform young scientists about acceptance or refusal of their candidature by 15 February 2019 at the latest.

Pour information, le programme DPC (matin du vendredi 24 mai 2019 du congrès Flandres 2019) et qui a pour thème « Cannabis et cannabinoïdes : mise à jour des connaissances cliniques et analytiques dans un contexte d’actualité » a été déposé le 26/02/2019 sur le site de l’Agence Nationale du DPC (ANDPC) sous la référence n°76391900001.
A ce jour, cette action de DPC demeure en attente de validation par l’agence.
Il n’est donc pas publié sur le site de l’ANDPC.
Toutefois, vous pouvez d’ores et déjà prendre en compte ce numéro dans la préparation de vos dossiers de prise en charge.
